Aggrandizement is one of the valid reasons for flagging at Steem blockchain. However, when you try to flag a post, you see these reasons:

That's actually a pretty good idea, however, I don't think sycophantry is mainstream enough like aggrandizement. This reasons list should be a top list for potential downvote reasons. When was the last time you casted a downvote for sycophantry?

It seems that somebody who is sycophantic actually displays sycophancy though, unlike somebody who is pedantic, who displays pedantry (like me). Maybe that should count as a reason to flag too ;)

So who will decide if it's aggrandizement or not ? It so difficult to define and its often about perspective. Sycophants, arse lickers begging for votes are everywhere, much easier to spot.
