These are either prompting sweatshops or very misguided investments into app/web development
These prompting jobs wearing the cloak of programming are going to generate a great deal of poorly coded apps, websites and services, I am expecting many black swans out of this trend. I have used prompt engineering for coding with free LLMs. They have been good learning tools.
