  • yogurt

yogurt contains Probiotic bacteria , which balance the harmful bacteria in the digestive system , helps calm the stomach ulcer

  • ginger
    ginger has an effective effect to protect the boeel and digestive system

  • rich fruits in color
    Banana , especially the immature , contains a compound of flavonoids called leucocoyanidin , which increases the amount of mucus in the stomach and reduce the acidity in it .
