It is not easy to lease properties with an ADELAIDE CITY address. There are too many of them on the market at any given time and the ad seems to drop down on the realestate.com.au ranking very quickly. It is not unlikely for a listing to be on page 15 after listing the property for 24 hours.
That means that normally expensive boost advertising is required to keep the listing on the first couple of pages and keep it visible.
We offer standard listing to our clients for free as part of our subscription to internet listing pages for real estate. Miraculously our dynamic leasing team were able to lease this property at no extra cost to our client.
Hefty inspections were done up to three times a week to get it leased. They finally got there. Phew.
We have been managing this property for quite a while as well as other properties for the same landlord but we welcome our new tenants and hopefully they stay put for many many years to come....

Prior to discovering her gift in developing businesses Xenia was a medical research scientist obtaining a PhD from Flinders medical centre followed by a 3 year post doctoral fellowship at the university of Saskatchewan, Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organisation in Canada.
