Humans are not the top of the galactic neighbourhood and no, the government does not have ET technology.

The following is from a letter to a friend in 2014. Lately it has come to media attention that the activity in and near our atmosphere by UFO vehicles intelligently controlled and evincing a technology far beyond the capability of the fastest military jets has been confirmed as real by US military authorities. With this revelation the question of whether these amazing vehicles could be “secret US military projects" back engineered from recovered UFO crashes has re-emerged. While I have no doubt that the US military has recovered crashed UFOs and even Alien dead bodies, the idea that they would be able to understand and even replicate flying vehicles that can perform like the ‘TicTac’ vehicles of the Nimitz Incident of 2004 – 28,000 feet altitude to 50 feet above the ocean in 0.7 seconds with no sonic boom, for instance? I just don’t buy it. I didn’t in 2014 and I still don’t. Anybody who thinks Secret US Military projects are ever taken for rides by US pilots where they can be seen by the general public needs to look up the dictionary definition of the word “secret”.

I understand the necessity of the position that the extra-terrestrial hypothesis is still an hypothesis only. But it's a political necessity, not a logical one. I go by Paul R. Hill still; and he sticks to the same order of reports and facts as Leslie Kean (The author of a 2014 book on UFO reports) does, that is, UFO flight characteristics. He does also gives us a sample, a broader sample than most actually, of reports of the various aliens that have been seen up close. Thus he neatly informs us all that there is a wide variety of "miscellaneous galactic types" visiting us, not just one, and that they are extremely various in appearance while being generally bipedal and hence they demonstrate a large number of completely different evolutionary origins which have shared a similar technology, thus a galactic community. I like how Hill sticks to a firm factual basis but has no fear of drawing logical conclusions. One inescapable implication is that the acceleration of UFOs in our atmosphere, which he clocks at 200g at least, necessarily means that near light speeds can be done by these or similar vehicles in outer space which would produce the time dilation [Einstein’s theory that the faster one travels the more time slows down for the traveller] needed to reduce travel between the stars as experienced by the travellers to practical times, months not decades. The social implications of this for the nature of the galactic community have not been explored by fiction.

I have come to be more and more convinced that the whole "govt. has alien tech" thing is a crock; it's cleverly placed disinfo intended to cloud the issues and to cover up the fact that the US military is helpless in the face of continuing UFO overflights and electronic sabotage which the military find utterly uncontrollable and which serve to show us humans that we are no longer the top of the galactic neighbourhood, that there IS a galactic neighbourhood, and that our aggression and barbarity will not be tolerated off-planet. The US police state works by absolutely controlling information, that's why UFO activities are such a problem for them: the UFO people are beyond control. The police state works on prestige; they must be seen to be technologically superior: that's why they are so panicked about our visitors.

I simply don't believe that the establishment that brought us the F-35 at the expense of trillions in black budget thievery, like an admitted – by Rumsfeld – $2.3 TRILLION as of 9/10/01, are capable of making some sort of secret US Space Command staffed by a bunch of young Captain Kirks all set to take ET home. After all, what exactly is the evidence for that? Anonymous US generals leaking to the UFO community? Really?

And let's consider what the UFOs demonstrate. The best book on that is still Paul R. Hill’s [Unconventional Flying Objects: A Scientific Analysis]. He does a Sherlock Holmes on the question by eliminating the impossible sources of UFO propulsion, like particle beams or magnetic drive, until what must be, though improbable, the truth, i.e. Anti gravity force fields which our physics finds marginally theoretically possible but unrealizable practically as yet [1976]. What Hill does not examine, like telepathy, telekinisis, time distortion or transport through solid glass – all demonstrated by Aliens in credible reports – only lends weight to the idea that human technology is not just too primitive to compete with the Visitors, it is of an entirely different order of science and of mentality. In short, some sort of matter-repulsive or anti-gravitic propulsion is the bare beginning, if that.

The fact, as revealed by Hill's daughter, that he experimented with telepathy, telekinesis, and out-of-body with limited but revelatory success shows that he was aware of reports of aliens doing these things and perhaps aware of reports of aliens assuring some humans that they, the humans, could do these marvelous things if they tried to learn them, that there is potential in us, that compared to our Visitors we are not mere gorillas or ants.

But politically, scientifically, what rules us? What is the nature of the establishment that has developed since 1947? What do they display of intention and concern? Are they space explorers? I don't see it. They don't even care to explore the moon. It is a military/industrial police state completely unconcerned with taking ET home.

People who are taken in by the 'govt has ET tech' stuff are being duped by the most cunning and ruthless dupers of all history. And what's up top? People who are willing to play games with nuclear war for their profit. Nazis.

Who's concerned about UFOs besides people who would like to know and speak the truth? Military brass, a very few, who are concerned with keeping their prestige and their tyranny over humanity. It is they, not Aliens, who consider ordinary people to be inferior garbage.
