UFO Sighting - Phoenix Lights are back! Extra-Terrestrial Observation Continues

For those that do not know in '1997' 'March 13' during the evening hours a large unidentified craft flew over the entire Area of Phoenix Arizona.

The reason why Phoenix Arizona was chosen is because to us it symbolises the Phoenix a rebirth of the new.

The beings i have spoken about one of the Hybrid races responsible for showing them self are known as the Shalanaya. It means "those that come first"

These beings will be the first ones that we will meet openly when Open Contact occurs which is around 2025-2033

Why do they not land? why don't they just show them self?
What they are doing since the 1997 till now 2017 is measuring how many people are ready for Open Contact based on that reading they will know when the time is right for Open Contact to occur.

They will only openly land if they know for certain it is safe to do so.

They showed their craft in 1997 fully decloacked and back then the measurements were not significant at all, 1000's of people saw it but none of them reported it to their governments or forced their governments to speak about it, So the verdict from the Shalanaya's perspective was "They are not ready yet"

Right now people are more ready and aware than 1997, and so from time to time they will come and check up on the energies

These Sighting will happen more frequent as the months and years go by, there will come a time where all you will see in the sky are flying unidentified craft to make people used to the idea of extra-terrestrial life

For those that still do not believe in the idea of Life outside of our own world or the fact that we will have contact with advanced species in the coming years, all i can say is you can't run from this, nobody can.

If we don't become a interstellar species in the next 50 years we will go extinct so there is no other option or choice ahead of us than to accept all of this.
