When giving Praise and Worship to God, don't be too conscious of the natural, rather be too conscious of the Spiritual. Forget self, and give all to God.
When a song is been sang and you don't know it or understand it, begin to connect yourself to the Spiritual by speaking in Tongues and imagining the Supernatural.
In Worship at this point, I advice your eyes are closed to avoid distractions. The Eyes is one gate your to distract you.
During Praise, feel free to express your dancing steps or scream, jump and shout as you feel.
