Dont get stress, stress is silent killer. Look after yourself. This is what happened if you are always having a stressful time. Take vitamins, eat balance, and get some sleep.

2 years ago I had alopecia areata. I was very stressed. I had my business open at 7 o'clock in the morning until 2-3 in the morning. I felt like I am ok and active but I have never noticed my hair is falling and I got patches on my head. My friend told me that there's color white on my head so she looked at it and she cried why I have no hair? ... I was wondering why. So, I finally see my doctor and have check up. Well, It's not that dangerous yet. After that, I was confined for 3 days because I am stressed. So folks, look after yourself.
