The Alphabet Art Challenge - Day Four- 'D' for Delicious

My letter D was supposed to be delicious
with photos of my sambo raw, vegan and nutritious
but in my efforts to get a wonderful snap
my work of art sambo fell out of its bap
and off of the plate with a horrible thud
I tried hard to save it but it was no good

Rather than miss and have to restart at A
I wrote some epic poetry just to save the day

My delicious sandwich recipe is:
One slice white sourdough one slice brown sourdough heated but not toasted
spinach leaf on which is placed avocado, freshly milled flax seeds, home grown mung beans and red clover sprouts, dulse, kelp and alaria gathered by a friend of mine in Sligo, scallions, radish, land cress and freshly ground brazil nuts all covered with a warm home made nutritional yeast sauce
