Recently we attended and worked The ExtraOrdinary Technology Conference 2017 and GEET Workshop in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Although we worked, we were able to see what the event was about and met several hundred like minded people. Two of them were @geetinstitute and @fulltimegeek. It was fun to connect (even briefly) with these two great guys who are a part of alternative energy as well as Steemit.
My partner, Adam, @phaelosopher, interviewed most of the presenters and inventors. The alternative technology presentations were very interesting. Being in a conference with inventors was different because their minds work differently than most.
All in all...it was lots of fun and educational as well.
If you are interested in attending next years conference the dates are scheduled for Aug 8-12, 2018.
