We always keep looking for a place where we can keep track of our Investments. And even though we have applications like Blockfolio and etc. I still look for a better place to keep track of my investments. And one such place is AltPocket.io
AltPocket:
AltPocket is a web-based portfolio tracker. It is really user-friendly and easy to use. It gives you the platform to find like-minded people who are investors. It's set up is similar to Twitter, but it's more for the Investors. It is no different than the social media. But the best part is that it connects the Investors together. It displays your investments on the dashboard. Currently the dev team is working on getting the mobile app as it is still web-based. This is to ensure that there are no problems and want the web platform to be the best for now.

Adding your Investments:
Now it may be a bit irritating to keep going and updating your investments. At what price you bought, when you bought and sold. This could be a bit irritating. But if you have Bittrex or Poloniex you should be fine, as you can add the Keys and get your portfolio updated. That easy. Even though it's only Bittrex and Poloniex, they will initially add more and more exchanges over the time.
To add your investment manually, you can go to the Investment tab. And you will get the page. There are two options for investment folder.

Some of the tokens are not available in investment and are available in investments 2.0 Beta. After selecting the option, you can simply go and add the token that you bought and update it.

In order to add the api keys of the exchange that you wish to add, you can simply go to the option and add it.
