The first part is a detailed case study showing one test that ran over a 14-week period and netted $14,913.78 in royalties.Note I called this test a failure in the end because the method I used to promote it turned out to work a bit better than I planned for. Even though I did everything I could to keep it a small test, it still ended up going viral. As a result, the data was too polluted to give me a clear result on the specific “thing” I was testing. Also, since I was actively trying NOT to have it go viral, I ended up making much less than I would have if I’d just done a regular book launch. That’s why the test was a “failure”. Because the data was blown and I didn’t make anything close to what I should have if it were just a regular book launch. No worries though, don’t feel too bad for me. Like I said before, I only spent a few hours of my own time on it and the results were still pretty good. Plus, I get to use it as a learning experience and example for you to follow. Which is the reason for this case study. Basically, the idea was to deconstruct every possible factor in that test for you to learn from. As a matter of fact, it even comes complete with pictures from my Author Central account and a timeline showing what I did, what happened as a result, and when each event happened over the 14 weeks the test ran. The level of detail and the amount of backstage access you’re getting here is unprecedented! Then, you also get to see my post-launch debrief where we recap the results, what mistakes were made, and what should have been done to make it a smash success book launch instead of a failed test.You can use this information as a road map telling you what to do (and what to avoid) to make your next book launch better!
Part two is detailed training on the promotional method I used (the one that worked too well) in the “case study test”. It focuses on showing you the reason the whole thing went so viral. *hint – The answer is something called the “Amazon I.P.E.” and we’ll go into detail about what that is and how it works… and most importantly, how you can activate it at will to make your own books go viral… in this section of the training. Then, in Part Three I walk you by the hand, step-by-step, through the process of setting up your own promotional campaign… complete with detailed instructions, screen shot pictures, and illustrations. Truly, a 10-year old child could follow them… or you could hand them over to any assistant to do for you. This has been over a year in the making! Since I ran that first test over a year ago I’ve been quietly working in the background… Testing and tweaking, poking and prodding, and distilling and refining the system into what you have in front of you.
