An amber alert was issued around 1:45 a.m. Friday for Imani Stephens, who was last seen in the 3700 block of Dry Creek Drive.
Police said Imani was wearing glasses, a black and gray black-striped red letter shirt, colored sweatpants and a tile can when she disappeared. She had scars all over her wrists, officials said. She is believed to be in serious or immediate danger, police said.
Earlier Friday, the Texas Department of Public Safety issued a bulletin showing a man they listed as a suspect at the time.

A few hours later, another bulletin and a correction was sent out on social media, and another man was listed as a suspect. The man was also excluded after he went to the police station on his own to clear his name, according to a spokesman for the Missouri City Police Department.
The first man was 28 years old and the second was 21. They both share the same name.
Imani lives with her grandmother, who said she believes the girl left with a man she met online.
Imani climbed out of a second-story window overnight with a bed sheet and did not take any belongings or cell phone with her, the grandmother said.
The girl also ran back on July 9, according to the family.
