VOA or Voice of America, the first broadcast of New York City, just 79 days after the United States was involved in World War II. VOA is an institution, part of the American government that conducts overseas broadcasts.

VOA broadcasts over 900 hours of news and other news events every Sunday, and reaches over 93 million listeners and audiences worldwide. VOA is broadcast in English and 53 other languages via radio, television and internet.
