Hey Ho Ninjarinos!

I haven't been posting because I've been travelling so damn much, but I've still been kinda training.

Source

On Friday I smashed out a P90X Yoga sesh and a quick set of Tendonitis Strengthening exercises, and then jumped in a car for all the hours... Saturday was a 3ish hour hike, Sunday was a wicked hot cross buns and all day driving combo...

... and Monday was a full day of travel.

Which brings us to today.

Hopes were not high.
I was all jumpy and weird from not sitting still for daaaaaaays, but also totally exhausted and weird from not sleeping... basically I've been weird all day.

When it was finally gym time, I was looking for any excuse to not go... but I forced myself and I do feel better for it. I very nearly quit a whole heap of times, but basically I didn't want to let this post down, nor @steemmatt's daily rep count.

My hands feel super rough now, but that's good, I need some tough-hand conditioning. I've basically got exactly a month until my next comp.

Discipline is the most important thing I reckon. If I only ever did the things I felt like doing, I'd pretty much be a 24/7 couch guy, but I really want to be great at things, and that takes discipline to get you up and moving in the moment. I'm not super disciplined to be honest, so I have to be organized.

Warm up

  • 5 minutes row machine.

Tendonitis Strengthening Exercises

5 sets of :

  • 6 reps of slow pull ups
  • 6 reps of slow push ups
  • 6 reps of tricep dips
  • 6 reps of wrist dumb bell raises
  • 6 reps of squishy ball squishin
  • 10 reps of bar grabbing
  • 40 second 90 degree holds

My core was actually super precious today, I think it was all the sitting. When I'm working from home I'm standing for most of the day, so travel days are especially brutal on me.

Yoga sessions (0/2 Completed)

100 Rep Challenge

  • 5 x 7 set of 6 reps of Tendonitis Strengthening exercises = 210 reps

@steemmatt's fitness challenge for Tuesday - 210 reps

Titan Games application due date - 14th April

I love the pictures! And discipline is tough. I have to write things down and promise myself I will commit to it because I love sitting on the couch and watching TV as well lol.
