Looking back over the day... I did a lot of things, but I'm not sure any of it was super productive... and it all made me super late for exercising today... so you know...

Normally on Mondays I do my ANW Experience training run, to give me something quantifiable to see how I'm going... I missed last week because I was traveling and I missed today because of work... Arrgh!
Instead I just tried to do as much as possible in the time that I had.
I got in 5 hill sprints that were hard.... way harder than I remember. I then smashed out 15 minutes on the cross trainer on a heavier setting than I'm used to. Followed that up with 16 pull ups, and then a 1:24.90 dead hang. Still needs a lot of work. I had a bit a play on my home-made obstacles, it's been ages since I've done that.... and then finished up with some jump sprints.
I still feel weird... like I've got energy left... but individual body parts are dead... so I might just have to go to bed weird.

I let something distract me for way too long and I totally regret it. Maybe I need to set alarms or something.... or just be more disciplined.

Mondays are always the worst! I can't tell you how many times it felt like I was doing a ton of work but when I reflected back on it realized how little I got done. But admitting it is most of the battle. Good luck today!
