LA SEMANA SANTA O SEMANA MAYOR. Es la conmemoración cristiana de la PASION, MUERTE Y RESURECCCION DE JESUS DE NAZARETH.
Los días en los que hay más dedicación en las iglesias son los jueves y viernes santo, sábado santo y domingo de resurrección.
Una gran cantidad de personas esperan la llegada de la SEMANA SANTA para irse de vacaciones a la playa etc. Otros sin embargo toman la SEMANA SANTA para dedicarse a orar y reflexionar sobre los terribles momentos que vivió JESUS y como por su amor inmenso a la humanidad recibió todos esos castigos que no merecía,
Pensemos en la ULTIMA CENA DE JESUS con sus discípulos, como pudo sentirse a sabiendas que su hora estaba cerca, en un gesto en profundo amor lavo los pies de los discípulos, JESUCRISTO vivió la traición de judas y la negación de Pedro. Cuando pensamos en la maldad de las personas podemos decir, si lo hicieron con JESUS que queda para nosotros.
En estas fechas debemos reflexionar sobre las enseñanzas de JESUCRISTO y pensar en que podemos mejorar en nuestras vidas para ser mejores personas, para que valga la pena el sacrificio hecho por nuestro JESUCRISTO.
