Hypocrisy in the Justice System (obviously)

in anarchy •  7 years ago

I just wanna point out the funniest, saddest and most obvious flaw in Americas justice system. The flaw being, is that you rot in jail before even being convicted by a judge. Innocent until proven guilty should not even be a term. If you have to sit in jail before being found guilty, or innocent for that matter makes zero sense. Like what if I were arrested for assault, had to be held hostage in a jail for up to months, and finally getting my day in court and being found not guilty? That means i sat in jail for literally nothing other than a government thug (cop) deciding to judge my fate himself and kidnap me. How awesome! Imagine how often this happens, and sheep are perfectly fine with it. Sorry, had to rant that out. Llaw.jpgol enjoy your day, and film the police!

I'm from Venezuela and i think is not that bad.
Is okay to rant, tho.

So you would be okay being jailed for a month for a crime you didnt commit? I definitely would not.

In Venezuela you can go to "jail" well, our jails http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3830672/Prisoners-starving-death-Venezuela-s-jails-country-s-economic-collapse-sees-food-medicine-run-out.html
i always see the justice system in the US being more reasonable than other countries, but is not a competition or a fact, is an opinion.
In Venezuela people can go to jail, get kill, whatever, just for saving other person who paid to not get arrested.
They have to say "we got the guy"
