📢 Angry Man Throws Tantrum Over Being Filmed - Danny Shine

in anarchy •  7 years ago

Danny was doing his thing megaphoning in a branch of Tescos. A man then walks into the shot of the camera. He proceeds to get very angry, calls the police and assaults one of the guys filming just because he unintentionally happened to be caught in the background. This is known as a 'fleeting image' in filming terms. Had he politely asked "Could you please remove me and my kids?" I would have happily obliged but he instead decided to to use aggression and intimidation.

His kids are omitted out of respect but the man is not due to being a douchebag and a racist.

Despite being a barrister, his knowledge of the law when it comes to filming is embarrassingly lacking. To break down the law regarding filming on private (corporate) property: A corporation may own an establishment and impose their rules on it eg. not being allowed to film (this is an assumption - it may well differ from one corporation to another). However, these establishments are open to the public and therefore general public activity is warranted eg. filming with a phone, camera or whatever. If you happen to film in such a destination they can ask you to stop and kick you out but they cannot seize your property nor prevent you from filming in the first place. If it is the case that they do not want you to film in the first place, they would make it clear upon entering the establishment if it is that important (it clearly isn't).

hahaha, somebody get this man a biscuit. hahaha,

Ahaha :)) very nice :)😀😀😀 @dannyshine

It was all a bit weird right up until he said "Im actually a barrister" then it all began to make sense. Its brilliant how you always try and calm the situation down though, definitely a good way of doing things.
