Justin King, a well known journalist from The Fifth Column has released a cipher of his own making, along with a challenge, anyone who can successfully decode the message gets some free stuff. If however, nobody can decode it, then it shall be called the Snowden Cipher, an unbreakable cipher named after an unbreakable man.
