In my opinion, the best form of government is the most limited government. I often wonder what life would be like without any laws, only rights. How would society work without a centralized government? Would there be complete mayhem in the streets? I don't think there would because I believe government and the media purposely separate us. So if we remove the element that is keeping us apart, we have no choice but to come together. Communities would be able to work and choose the lives that are best for them. Citizens always have more control over their local communities and tend to share similar values with each other. For example, people in Texas are for gun rights and freedom, but in California there many liberals who favor government intervention. Which is fine, it allows the states to compete with each other and decide what is working best for them.
Value
I used to listen to Jacque Fresco, who is a very intelligent inventor and planner. Where I'm having issues agreeing with him is the money-less system. I believe there needs to be an incentive for people to keep moving forward. Some form of value is needed to be able to buy and trade goods. Value motivates people to create and innovate. People expect to receive a reward for their hard work. There needs to be honest money incorporated into the system and it can't be inflationary. It doesn't have to be gold or silver, but those aren't bad options because they retain value. It is important that there are no regulations but also no bailouts. In a free society if you are involved in fraudulent activities or make bad business decisions then you deserve to go out of business or to jail.
Do we need laws?
Could society work without the government writing laws for things like drinking age, drug laws, speed limits, etc? I think if you allowed people to be completely free and to do as they please as long as they don't harm anyone else there would still be order. A privatized voluntary market would provide things like air traffic control, police, welfare for the poor, and other institutions that can be trustworthy. Anytime the government is involved in the economy it always produces inefficiency and corruption. In a completely free market companies are forced to compete with each other. When companies compete they have to make the best quality products at the most affordable prices.
Freedom is the best form of government.
Laws basically repeal entry into specific areas. Is there a such thing as a good law? Of course, we want people to be safe and not have to worry about robbings and killings. But, in a free society, you have the freedom to own a gun and protect yourself from danger. People are less likely to commit crimes when they know people are armed. Also, people may create a privatized security force similar to police. In fact, it has been done in a small Texas town. They eliminated the police and replaced them with a private security team. After a while, their crime rate dropped 61%. I think we can solve a lot of problems without the government. There could be a central body, but not one that consists of leaders. We don't need leaders to write laws that run our lives, just a place where people are free to do what they do best. The closest we have ever gotten to freedom was in the United States. At one time we were the freest country in the world. A lot of people don't understand that freedom was the greatest advantage against other nations. Freedom turned us into a superpower, but our government turned us into slaves.
It was not freedom that made the USofA a superpower, it was military might and the and unelected military industrial complex supported by the governments ability to create money from nothing. The people allowed themselves to become slaves because they "were" comfortable and lived well off the Petrol Dollar, which has been propped up by the war machine at whatever cost.
Freedom does Not make a nation a superpower. Killing People Does!

Money stays for two reasons.
1: People want money, taking it away requires a government.
2: The 'double coincidence of wants' is an organisational problem which can only be solved by money (by definition).
Ayn Rand said it better than I ever will.

I don't agree with all you are saying about the state but it's an interisting point of view.
