Corporations, as we know them now, are constructed by the state: legal abstractions that prevent criminal charges against people who commit crimes. If you or I were to pour poison into a well, we'd be (rightfully) charged with attempted murder. Why does someone with a profit motive get a pass? They shouldn't: that's one of many MANY reasons why anarcho-capitalism doesn't lead to fascism.
