Christina Tobin of Free and Equal Gatekeeping. What She Doesn't Want You To Know.

Just a few days ago Free and Equal, a nonprofit organization run by Christina Tobin, hosted an event to raise money for Hurricane Harvey relief and raise awareness of more Free and Equal statism dependent on politicians. She invited some anarchists which ultimately could lead to the destruction of her platform but not unless her shady, behind the scenes, workings expose her first.

I’m concerned of a deeper agenda cleverly disguised by her mission statement of her organization that she is insincerely advocating for. As her former Fundraising Director, I'm here to expose her now as she has committed fraud against my activism organization and countless others I'm willing to investigate for and litigate on behalf of.

I’m going to share the truth and leave a permanent mark on her organization, backed by facts, in a series of blogs about any darkness coming to light about her and her company. She crossed the wrong gentleman. I looked up to her, I adored her, gave over $1000 on behalf of my Political Action Committee, RIPAC - Representative Initiatives PAC. I volunteered dozens of hours doing many tasks from flyer and business card design, assistant in her management, blog creation, accounting, fundraising and more. For years, like everyone else done wrong by her, I didn’t complain when she didn’t pay me for what she owed me per a written contract. I took another contract job for her gathering signatures at a loss, just to help her, all for nothing in the end.

I’m using this message to share info about her and what she has been a gatekeeper from, the organization known as RIPAC that I founded has been coerced from our money to supposedly get promotions, then we got neglected and hidden from her audiences instead.

She is a backstabber who used me and like a gatekeeper, has purposely prevented my message of the best activism for State's rights with ballot mechanisms from reaching people through her platform.

Arrogant, ignorant and incompetent Christina Tobin is, and I have proof to back it up. That’s why I’m preparing to send her a formal letter to settle out of court then I’m going to sue her because I believe she will ignore the legal notice, like all other important aspects of her organizations function as well.

She can promote reggae's "one love" and about the Dali Lama all she wants, it won't cover for her manipulation of others she takes advantage over.

She is an opportunist who uses people, I have done research and found many people who will not work with her again. I’ll let them be the ones to expose her if they choose rather than saying names. Most people, unlike me, let manipulation happen to them and then turn the other cheek and say nothing. One person mentioned they didn’t get their gift on her indiegogo, I know from working the back end of her organization, many people didn’t get their gifts from prior events, they just don’t speak up. Such is human nature. People get played and don’t stand up for themselves, not me.

The last guy I had to sue lost, I will sue her organization and she will lose. This is all in the cards and there is little to nothing she can do about it except pay me but the truth about her will remain on this blockchain. The truth must be told and she can’t pay me to keep my mouth shut now, she has crossed the line by ignoring me for almost two years since I spoke at her event in Colorado. Her contracts with me were very clear, her NDA with me was weak, there are things I won't say that aren't important but the things I am in full privilege to share is all public information and my own testimony I can back with facts and call witnesses for if needed.

I’m a fighter in real life as a martial artist but I’m a spiritual and intellectual warrior as well. I’ll fight anyone who threatens the sanctity of life, I don’t care how many people don’t want to acknowledge the truth about gatekeepers they have learned to love and adore. The truth must be told.

She threatens life because the solutions to save life my organization proposes listed belowe are being blocked. The ideas I promote are for direct solutions no one else talks about. I’m almost too valid and a target for gatekeepers everywhere. I could go down the list, Tobin is just the first who blocked me to be exposed. I will have a whole series on this topic in the future.

She says she is against GMOs, yet, RIPAC helped spur on and file the only anti-gmo initiatives ever filed in the State of Arizona, including the current Organic Now, neonicotinoid ban and she wants no media coverage about that.

We work for the PAC Hemp Freedom to legalize industrial hemp, like her sponsor Dr. Bronners, yet, she wants no coverage of the industrial hemp farming act that would actually make her sponsor money.

We filed the Save Oak Flat initiative for the Apache nation and to save the United States largest aquifer from copper mining, yet again RIPAC is silenced, even though she has the audacity to bring aboriginal nation members on her stage to pray for peace and water protection.

We even filed to protect cryptocurrency from taxation in Arizona with Free Market Solutions PAC, yet her sponsors with Bitcoin get to know nothing about it from her platform. Bitcoin.com and all crypto oriented groups should withdraw sponsorship of her work when she blocks exposure of the very solutions crypto enthusiasts want.

Anyone who purposely works to sabotage me and blockade the message I share about the strategic accomplishment of freedom using ballot mechanism, decentralized political action committees and blockchain e-democracy, will have to deal with consequences.

Major Red Flag: First of all, unlike all prior events fundraised through Indigogo, she decided to fundraise directly to her paypal and with cryptocurrencies, creating the least transparent way of assuring she is actually giving 100% to Hurricane Harvey relief.

What’s wrong with this is that the money goes to her paypal and crypto accounts that offer little to no transparency. Saying "all money raised goes to Hurricane Harvey" is not transparent like her past indiegogo fundraisers have been. Now she is chosen to keep disclosure secretive. There for I’m going to call for an audit of her organization and all her crypto accounts by the IRS, as much as I don't like them, they serve a purpose in this scenario. Disaster capitalism happens when people can keep secrets, such as hiding investment money dedicated to be spent on a cause, and profit off of others problems.

Occam's razor logic predicts they will, especially when there is already a shady past over the integrity of money received and spent. Rather than use one of several transparent charity fundraising methods that can verify the donations, she is acting like we can just trust her to do it, yeah right.

Is she going to personally take that money and spend it on things like socks and toothbrushes for the homeless? There is no explanation as to how the money is going to be spent, if she is giving it to a reputable company or otherwise. She is not reputable in how she spends her money, this is what many past sponsors know from experience that is why she has a whole slew of new sponsors who just believe in her because she puts on a good front.

No where on her website is there any declaration as to what organization or to whom the money will go. That should be a red flag. Unless she opens her PayPal live for an audit and all her crypto accounts, no one can trust her. This is all coming from her past UWSF Fundraising Director.

Let me reiterate, I was her biggest fan from early on. In one of my very first posts I declared that her organization was a key element in stopping corruption in government for the very fact that it allowed a platform for activists voices to be heard and to bring music culture and activism together. Her artists she invites are great, many of them had blogs written by me that she refused to publish and many of them have been used by her and won’t return. This I know because I worked with several of them and had conversations after the event with them and the feeling was mutual. Those that still do support her are in denial. She is simply capitalizing on a niche no one else is working for, not for long if I have anything to do with it.

The free market will rule and a new, better, decentralized organization I’m working to create will replace her, advocate for direct voluntarist solutions and not politicians but State ballot mechanisms with e-democracy, the real strategy I propose with just a handful of allies I talk too. The message is powerful, she doesn't want you to know it. It's not even number ten on her list of top ten ways to get involved when it should be number one because it's the only way to accomplish the policy goals libertarian collectivists of their party want without the need for a party at all.

I gave Christina Tobin money in 2016 which is still visible on her Indigogo as my handle ActivismTruth. I was supposed to get the promotion on her FB page. She wouldn't respond when I requested and I never got my promotion. I also never received my Hemp shirt from 2017 when I have $50 and when asked about this, she ignored me. I never saw one, were they ever even produced for anyone?

Upon more research I found on her Indigogo, another person claiming he didn't receive his gift either. I posted it on this twitter post days ago. The fact is when I worked for here, many people had not received their gifts from the year before were unaccounted for.

I’m doing more research to see if a class action suit is worthwhile as one person who helped her intimately in the past suggested. That would require support and people to step up however. I’m personally just comfortable suing in small claims for only that exactly which she owed me financially from broken written contracts I have. It’s sad to hear by her fans but it’s true. It's unfortunate I had to do this on behalf of my organization but I have integrity for those that donate to RIPAC. If others do come forward however, I'm willing to do whatever the participants declare is most just for us all with their participation and support.

After months of complaining she needed volunteer support and donations because she didn't have the ability to carry on without our help, she went on vacation to South America and showed off her fancy jewelry and new gowns, that's telling in and of itself. That’s her right to do so, but don’t tell your paid staff you don’t have money to pay them then go on vacation, that’s disingenuous. She has an ability to be disingenuous and I have a right to call her out.

Free and Equal Foundation is a farce. A nice show, but no integrity to make it worth anything. Her last event raised tens of thousands but for less than a couple hundred views on FB. Her YouTube got 5K eventually but it’s as if not one penny went to promotions on FB. She could not get even 1000 views two years after event of to make any impact before the election, it's just sad. It was for purpose of educating the people about politics as her mission statement says, yet, very few even saw her event. She put no money or effort into post promotion by the looks of it, what a dis-service to those she supposedly works for. How can she influence an election if she doesn't even promote her work to people?

Christina Tobin is unaccountable. She has little talent except for looking really sweet and rosy checked while giving lip service to the freedom movement. That gets her followers and fans but it’s not making the changes she advocates for because she doesn’t promote “positive direct action” like she suggests.

What has she accomplished after nearly 100K has gone to her organization. I have so much dirt in her working as her too volunteer managing near everything in 2016, I could write a short book but for legal reasons I'll just expose what is outside of her NDA with me. She is a backstabbed and a pompous “elitist” of the activism industry with no integrity for her promises, this is just a fact.

In fact, from further research, I talked with people who participated in prior events and there was a theme, people felt used, they found her use of money unaccountable and they will never work with her again. I'm not here to name names, it's true though. She has had some sponsors stick with her, she has found new sponsors, but many won't ever give again and many will not return to work with her ever because of how she tries to control everyone but let go of all control where it matters.

At the last festival in Colorado she had her event on finals week because she had no clue how to time an event and only a dozen people or so filled the entire auditorium, it was pathetic. She said on FB live that thousands were tuning in when it said clearly, it was less than thirty at the moment she said that, idiotic and pompous. She blamed the promoters for people not showing up, publicly lambasting them, an action that was inappropriate and quite rude I do say.

This year she’s doing what does look like the most amazing event but ignoring her mission statement entirely because she could please her new financiers. Especially since it brings a platform, ironically, for voices like @lukewearchange, @dollarvigalante, Collin Cantrell of Nexus Earth and Ernie Hancock who promote voluntarism and less government reliance.

I get that her platform is supposed to be for all voices from various perspectives, but it’s ironic because these anarchists mission is to tell you stop voting and to stop encouraging the statists, yet when you have a sweet voice and you have musicians and a platform to get more messaging out to the college students, then the anarchists are all pro-statist, so she thinks.

Bravo to the anarchists, use her platform to destroy it’s entire meaning, I encourage you! Let the Free Market decide!

I'm all for anarchist philosophy, but here is the thing, they promote anarchy, it’s the antithesis to voting for politicians and everything Free and Equal stands for!

Are all these anarchists starting to think voting for politicians is a good thing like Tobin’s organization promotes? Are Jeff Berwick, Ernie Hancock and Luke Rudkowski endorsing the Free and Equal Election’s statism?

Or, are Luke, Ernie and Jeff just savvy infiltrators of the statist platform Free and Equal Elections stands for. I would suggest the later.

Anarchy has more to do with the limited government platform of RIPAC and using ballot mechanisms I promote than voting for politicians. She wouldn’t let my message get out.

My message is too powerful when understood by the masses. It will cause rapid disruption of politics. It’s the paradigm shift for “rapid evolution now” as she claims she wants, yet she's too arrogant to accept I happen to have brought that message to her and she doesn’t want change for me or for the world's sake. She wants to tell you all to “get involved” and vote for candidates who don’t get their voices heard enough, a common type of hypnosis perpetrated by government.

RIPAC's platform of decentralizing political action committees and constitutionally limited direct democracy by the people will disrupt the entire government infrastructure worldwide when people wake up to the occulted rights we have to take our power back form politicians.

For in two years, with enough followership for my work and enough decentralized followership of my followers who also promote the great work I promulgate, we can flood the ballot with all the solutions we know we need. She will not have an organizational purpose anymore. That’s a fact. It makes sense from a financial standpoint why she would want to hide my message. Once we eliminate corruption in government ourselves, we need not any organization promoting a better version of Statism reliant on politicians to fix anything.

The problems in society will become fixable, they will be voted on directly and passed into law on the ballot instead of waiting for Statists to pass them into law, and the paradigm shift will be accomplishing itself and we will direct the world to a limited government and more voluntaryist society extremely rapidly. I’m a minarchist for direct-democracy. We can draft a bill to eliminate politicians and replace them with blockchain code enabling votes on policy ourselves limited to the bill of rights and constitution as well as the non-aggression principle, it’s relatively simple and easy to do with strength in numbers.

I like what Free and Equal has done as far as bringing together people and talent but I do but being mistreated and silenced, she messed with the wrong person apparently. I will sue her and expose her as a gatekeeper for my message of decentralized governance with direct democracy, State's ballot mechanisms and blockchain e-democracy.

I brought her Adam Jacoby of Follow My Vote, the first public company to work on a mainstream blockchain voting applications. Funny, she interviewed Adam, but not myself. She wouldn't give me the time of day when I finally asked her for it.

She had no excuse when I confronted her at Nexus Earth Conference in Aspen. I was friendly then, I joked with all seriousness when said I would put her out of business with my new business plan for permanent ballot access, but that I would accept her as a business partner for it.

She was extremely rude and ignored me the whole event, she even ducked out of conversation I was trying to engage her in about making Free and Equal better. She said she “didn’t have the manpower” to fix the problem of my blogs not being on here site, a lie. Sure enough, as soon as a new event fundraiser is ready, she can update it with new blogs about how she is ready to take money again though.

Colin Cantrell of Nexus Earth is apparently playing a role in developing her elections app, we will see how that goes. I talked to him about the development of applications to do far more. So she gets an app to let people find candidates, great, more Statism paradigm to wait for politicians to fix everything. Perhaps he will at least let people buy Nexus or something through it, there must be some angle. In my whole state only like two libertarians ran for office, that solution won’t do much anyway if it does come about. I hope Colin justifies his time with a crypto profit angle or to bootstrap better projects that empower people to find voluntarists and activists to network with rather than just politicians. We will see how that turns out. I'm just calling a spade a spade.

I have such a better plan, we need the app I talked about at the Nexus Earth Conference to enable the ballot initiative, referendum, recall and citizen grand jury signature collection facilitation. I designed the plan. It will help the petition industry, where I come from, it will enable ballot access in the first place. What good is an app that lets you find who is running if there is no way to make it easier to get on the ballot in the first place.

Seriously, the real root cause of the problem is the ballot access and not a lack of alternative candidates, just a lack of candidates on the ballot who can expose the decentralized governance solution of limited direct democracy with State’s rights for limited government. It’s a new idea, it’s time has come, I’m initiating it.

I mentioned it to Colin but because I don't have a show for him to perform at yet, I'm ignored still. The time will come when people can't ignore my message. It will be to real and the initiatives will be on the ballot in due time anyway. It's all leading to that and nothing can stop an idea who's time has come. I'm building the organization person by person and no one can stop a viral idea because when I talk to people one on one they get it and when I'm actively fundraising they contribute to the ballot access network's long term development.

Furthermore, the candidates RIPAC will support would be for limited government and direct democracy to destabilize the system with people power, that’s it. Anyone can run with no ideology, just follow the constitution, the non-aggression principle and the be great at debate so when the e-democracy component kicks in, you have to win the arguments against the socialist economics and socialisms economic ramifications with facts. Then you can just represent the will of the people, agreeing with the validity of facts presented, not whether the argument is popular or not to be a true representative for a change. In this situation, as a representative, you would have to just concede to represent the people based on where the most facts lie in conjunction with policy aligned to the NAP and the constitution, it’s that easy.

You won't need to worry about ballot access or the perfect policy ideas or be a great public speaker. The votes you make will all be decided by the constituency you represent within reason of the founding ethics for reasonably limited constitutional government, it's that simple. This is more inline with founding declarationist principles than modern parties today.

I want the app to be developed so I and others can run for office to really promote volunteerism, cryptocurrency and State’s rights for limited direct democracy to limit government. She shouldn't be able to be a gatekeeper on anything run by blockchain if the Nexus I believe in has anything to do with it.

She said she wouldn't talk to me anymore after she already decided to not talk to me for years, only after I said on Nexus Earth slack she is acting like a gatekeeper. So in essence, she decided that she would further justify my message by ignoring me, that only makes sense if as a pompous manipulator. She is blocking me because she is mad I said she is blocking me. She is not that smart, that's arrogant.

Unlike Christina, I put thought into fixing the root cause of the problem: Waiting for politicians and the removing the ballot access barriers that keep ballot mechanisms from reaching the ballot as easily as they could with a smart contract facilitation. Ballot mechanisms are the only way we can fix problems ourselves as people. Anyone with a political science 101 class would know about this opportunity, yet, it’s not even mentioned anywhere in the top ten of Christina’s site. It should be number one obviously because it’s the most pragmatic.

The answer we need isn’t “get involved” or “unite,” listen to me, it’s learn how to participate in ballot mechanisms in your State and gather signatures to get solutions on the ballot, that’s what needs to happen. To many activists talk about hope and change, just words, nothing is empowering people to just “sing songs of freedom.” We know we want freedom, we don’t need to riot, protest, write a congressman, we need to get signatures, enough to get on the ballot, strait up. What we need is voices like mine out there, which can include YOU, talking about direct ballot mechanisms of States and organizing for permanent ballot access as I am. A decentralized evolution of society.

Christina talks good game but with no action plan. She is a gatekeeper for Statism and only slightly challenging the status quo, with more access to collectivist libertarianism and socialist candidates that no one really needs to create a more free and equal society.

We create the free and equal society ourselves.

To rectify this, I’m building alliances with past coworkers have been wronged by Tobin who I’m in contact with, underground hip hop artists, rave promoters and activism groups to make a better national tour system, a decentralized movement with autonomous groups in every State. We won’t be at colleges, we will just flyer there, we are going underground. Will fundraise for more objectively functional blockchain dapps that empower people, not politicians.

The business plan in the works is public if you care to know it, it’s liked to the website at the footer of this blog. It’s for three ICOs, one for better fundraising for charity which I’m making good connections for now, another is for better ballot access facilitation and the last one is for better consensus building online and ideal e-democracy based on consensus of facts rather than popular opinion.

I’ll be sharing more details regularly as things move forward as well. The niche of empowering people politically combined with music and new ideas is one that is important, but a new group of leaders must step forward. I have an idea, but it’s about decentralization and I don’t care to be famous for it. I want people reading this to duplicate the message of ballot access solutions. It’s all about decentralization. Limited direct democracy is decentralization of government away from hierarchy into the horizontal plane of power distribution to the people. I’m calling for unlimited, limited direct democracy. I’m a futurist. This is the wave that’s coming.

We will host camping festivals with activism workshops teaching the ins and outs of the States ballot mechanisms with real tangible initiatives, referendum, recalls and citizen grand jury proposals that people can sign to put on the ballot. From there we can vote and have more power than even the POTUS to nullify any unconstitutional federal actions and also have the final on policy, bypassing our Governors and State Legislature.

We will teach the signature gathering skills and how to get involved in fundraising and organizing for them. We will empower people with a real paradigm shift where they can actively change the world with these legal procedures ourselves rather than waiting for politics to fix them for us. This is what needs to happen.

When enough people are notified in any given State, by me or anyone connected to me, we can flood the ballot with every solution, vote on it directly and win.

Perhaps some donations will come in to help me be confident in spending my own money again on fixing it. I’ve lost over 10K on this with two websites, scammed by developers over and over.
