None of this matters if you've got a ghost gun.
It's not in commerce, and cannot be regulated.

Do you mean it can't "legally" be regulated or outlawed? As shown above, the political parasites can hallucinate any legal powers they want, out of thin air. If you mean that it would be really dang difficult for them to control "ghost guns," regardless of what BS "laws" they pass, then I agree.

As far as I know it cannot be. Their end run around the constitution to outlaw arms, was their ability to regulate commerce itself.

By milling your own 80% lower, you are making the gun for yourself. If you do not sell it, it is not involved in commerce. There is one caveat as the guy in the video mentions, he says if you are legally prohibited from owning a firearm, then you cannot do this.

That statement may or may not be propaganda, I am not certain, because as you said they seem to be able to do whatever they want with their laws. Most of it involves their ability to regulate commerce.

That link should be good for 24 hours. All the best, it's definitely worth researching!

P.S. None of this should be construed as legal advice, I am not a lawyer.

They are already called "illegal firearms" even in this video clip and even parts that were raided and confiscated were referred to as illegal. So there is that. As to these firearms being more accessible, untraceable, and on the lose is quite an accomplishment indeed. Even though once it is illegal to possess firearm - what does it matter whether you put it together from parts or purchased it around the corner. In both cases it makes you a criminal according to the law.
