6/01 ANDY HOFFMAN (CryptoGoldCentral.com): From Now On, I’m Referring To BRhodium As Bitcoin Rhodium

in andyhoffman •  6 years ago

In an attempt to destroy Bitcoin, and make the sub-humans Roger Ver and Jihan Wu rich, “Bitcoin Cash” forked from Bitcoin in August 2017. Immediately, the Bitcoin community shunned it, by refusing to call it by its official name – and thus, “BCash” was born. The backlash was so strong, ALL Bitcoin forks saw their names abbreviated - to BGold, BDiamond, Lightning BTC and Super BTC, to name a few.

That said, in time the “new” names were used as much for practicality as punishment – as frankly, reduced syllables make them easier to pronounce. Moreover, not all Bitcoin-inspired altcoins seek to “compete” with BTC – like “Bitcoin Rhodium,” for instance.

In fact, “BRhodium,” as I have called it since its December 2017 airdrop registration period commenced, considers Bitcoin and Litecoin sister currencies in a “Crypto Trinity” of store-of-value crypto assets. Basically, it sought to isolate the store-of-vale properties of Bitcoin (and Litecoin) in a niche, community-driven coin with ultra-scarcity and a pioneering, in-kind dividend scheme.

All along, I have called it “BRhodium” for practical purposes, as it in no way is like the aforementioned, pump and dump forks. XRC (its ticker) is NOT a Bitcoin fork, and in no way aims to compete with, or harm Bitcoin. So, given that its aim is plain and simple, to harness the best aspects of Bitcoin in a coin that adds value to a niche class of crypto investors, I have decided, from now on, to call it by its official name, Bitcoin Rhodium.

Bitcoin Rhodium currently trades on p2pbp2.io, Trade Satoshi, Fat BTC and Bisq. If you have questions about anything XRC-related, including OTC trading, please email me at [email protected], or DM/PM me on Twitter or Discord.
