Emotions.. sensitivity.. and certain feelings arise when a person is too focused over something or the other. If you are strongly thinking about a certain thing.. your system will react in some way of course.. that is where, emotions play a part!
In order to decrease sense of emotions..you have to be cool and patient in all times, no matter what is happening..
You have to be strong-headed with an opinion! Whenever you feel like there is something that is going to increase the amount of love/ anger/ curiosity/ hatred or anything.. just think about it in your head first, is it worth the time or energy?
You will instantly get a sense of what should be felt or done at that particular moment!
Human mind can manipulate whole thinking level and perspective.. so just listen to your brain everytime you feel any such thing..
