Well put, sir. As someone that has worked at many such jobs, I can tell you that such experiences are common. But whatever work we do or have done, it's important to be at the very least courteous and considerate of others.
Also, be sure to do an introduction post with a picture of yourself holding a piece of paper or sign with today's date, your user name, and the word 'Steemit'. This is something the community came up with to avoid fake accounts and spam posting. If you do it there's a fair chance your post earnings will go up!
I agree. We should do our best to be courteous and considerate of others. Dealing with the public can be rough, but many people handle it well and deal with problem customers very kindly.
