Scottish Fold

in animals •  5 years ago

Scottish folds are a famous breed of cats which have a strange physical trait of folded ears.

This is due to a genetic mutation that affects their cartilage throughout the body.

As a result of their physical deformity, they are often described as "Owl like."

The Scottish fold first came around in 1961 and since then has been accepted and then withdrawn from the GCCF for ethical reasons.
