Invader Zim - Too clever for its network

I'm sharing the Gir background made for me long ago. Just introduced my kids to Zim and have it rocking my desktop. And I'm binge-watching on Youtube.

If you aren't familiar with the tale of Invader Zim, let me break it down like this:

His planet is all about conquering other planets. Zim has much ambition, but little sight. And when the snack-loving Irken Empire decides to launch Operation Impending Doom 2 (since Zim singlehandedly killed Operation Impending Doom 1) they launch Zim into the outer reaches their known space, to a quaint little planet ripe for plucking called Earth.

Zim isn't alone in his exile. His, uh, special robot Gir is along for the ride, driving Zim nuts every step of the way. Trying to stop Zim is Dib, a nerdy kid with a scientastic dad and little sister, Gaz. You don't want to piss Gaz off.

While Zim masquerades as a human, Dib tries to thwart various, half-assed attempts to conquer the Earth. Gir wears a zip-up dog suit and is the stuff of gif legend.
