Bloodman
Bloodman is the third strongest demon in Zeref's book. Unlike the evil demons in the Tartaros dark guild, Bloodman has magical powers and also the power of the curse. In fact he has all the curses in Tartaros.
Bloodman has the same Devil Slayer Ice magic as Gray. Bloodman can also use techniques possessed by Devil Slayer magic.
In addition, the thing that makes Bloodman the third strongest demon is his body made entirely of anti-magic particles. By opening his first seal he can solidify and become black smoke as he pleases. When it turns into smoke, it is like a Rogue when using its Shadow Drive.
When he opens his first seal, Bloodman can also open his second seal. This second seal gave it the ability to summon a sea of skulls that would kill anyone it touched. Finally he can also open the third seal and change his form is similar to the devil's Etherious changes from Tartaros.
