Well so I be damned, this series got a new season. Honestly, I wasn't really even waiting for one, I mean, the previous "real" season was back in 2005. DUDE, WHATTTTT?!?! WHATTT?!?!?!?!?! holy fuck, 13 years passed! wow... Taht's amazing. As a side note: Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu? is probably #1 or #2 comedy of all times... Splitting it with DMC: Detroit METAL City. Whoa, this is so metaaa brooo, both amazing comedies got METAL in them. BROooooooooooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo... xD.
Aight. Anyway, this season is really good. For me this anime feels like it is in its own class or something. It feels more "realistic" in many ways than others. So, what is this all about? a'ight, there's a few fractions - all with advanced weapons, each specialising in different type of advanced technology. There are "whispered' - people who have been implanted with advanced knowledge - and those organisations are either governed by a whispered, or have those in high places.
The idea? GOTTA CATCH THEM ALL. Basically, gather all them whispered, get the best tech, profit? chuckles. There's sagara Souske, protecting chidori, annnnd all hell breaks loose. There is a lot of "mech" fighting, but really, I feel like mechs aren't really the front thing in this anime, it's more about Sagara Souske beign awesome fuckign shit up :).
