VHL announcing official post & communications channels

in announcement •  7 years ago  (edited)

VIVA is alive, and working toward a better future!

One of the major mistakes we made in the beginning was not establishing proper communications channels to keep you informed. Announcements were made prematurely and this created emotional highs and lows when deliverables failed to meet deadlines.

Taking the lessons learned, we have established official channels of communication and made decisions to phase out other forums in order to consolidate and unify our messaging, and become more efficient in our response time.

Our official website is https://vivacoin.io.

We will add more links to our website as they become available.

Other sites to bookmark include this account on Steemit https://steemit.com/@vivacoin and Medium https://medium.com/@viva_coin where we will post our blog and VHL announcements. We intend to begin sending a newsletter straight to your inbox. Details on how to get on the mailing list are forthcoming.

VHL also recognizes the following social media accounts:

Twitter: https://twitter.com/@viva_coin
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vivacoin/
LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/vivacoin/

More official channels may be introduced in the future.

To be phased out

Basecamp

We will not renew our $1K/year subscription to Basecamp. The last day is June 1, 2018. If you have teams or projects, be sure to relocate your files and inform your team members as soon as possible.

Discord

Discord was a great way to have realtime conversations but in our restructure plan we feel that maintaining a chatroom is not an efficient use of time; casual conversation might be misinterpreted, and important announcements get lost in an endless scroll. From this point forward, VHL does not recognize Discord as an official channel for communication.

Community Forum

We are phasing out the community forum at this time.

Going Forward:

To say the past several months have been rough would be quite the understatement. But team VIVA has been trimmed down to a small and efficient core team of dedicated individuals, and we are moving forward with the project despite the hurdles we face. As we continue to streamline our processes and get better organized, we will keep you apprised. To stay connected, be sure to bookmark us on social media, Steemit and Medium, where you can respond to announcements and reach out to our team.

Names?

Hi @onceuponatime - that is slated for a future announcement. A few things have to happen on the back end before the core team is made public.

Well screw you then :-)
(like I and the people I brought to Viva got screwed by the liars who said they were transparent and gave their identities but either gave a false identity or protected the lie of the lead dev who did).
Please don't post again until you are FULLY transparent.

Don't forget those who flew down to Mex to have a look and not only endorsed it after seeing it first hand but decided to join the team, then claimed they got scammed.

I'm sure it will be fine. No worries.

Quoting from Update 3 made 4 month ago

In our last update we had a list of questions that we are seeking answers to. The community on Discord had further questions and we are including them here for posterity as we seek answers to share in future updates. These questions include:
Where are the funds that went to NAOME?
Where are the funds that went to Chase?
Why did Dawn get crypto sent to her Poloniex account? Who is holding her responsible?
What’s up with Steve’s bittrex account? How are funds being taken care of on behalf of the users?
Founders got paid regularly while funds were disappearing. How does a startup justify this?

These are good questions. Do you have now answers to any of them?
