The story of the Captive Breeding of the Nyala Antelope is one of increasing it's number and increasing the number of people seeing this beautiful antelope in the bush.
It's natural distribution is in low lying thick bush where they are hard to be seen.
Through breeding and selling this antelope for hunting and game viewing purposes, it is now found on hundreds of private game farms and nature reserves around South Africa - making it accessible to many more people than the few who might have seen it in it's natural range.
