Less Work More Life

The majority of people are forced to work 5 days a week/ 8 hours a day and only experience life as an afterthought from our jobs. But there is enough people and enough work in this world that people could work like 2-3 days for 3-5 hours. We need to become more of a community and less of a hierarchy. Every person has skills and talents and no one job is more important than another because we need all of it in order to make the world go round. If we divided up the work load we could experience life more. Life shouldnt be expensive we need to make it more affordable. We need to share our resources. Money is a construct and we can make  society better if we all came together and cared more about each other rather than our own selfish needs.
