I've been feeling retaliated against, I'm sick and tired of the kind of maintenance being done. When nothing was being done about the infestation that we experienced in the 2508 building back in 2015-2016. I know you're placing people in "imminent danger" and you know we had been asking for an inspection and got none. I'm appalled right now because people literally feel incomprehensible damages caused by the lack of character of the people running your place of business and in that it's completely unacceptable. Its a complete disaster what I've lived through because of the infestation that you know is there and I'm not going to stop pressing upon your uninhabitable living conditions, that I experienced, along with feeling retaliation for expressing these concerns. I've asked what you, Sue Nordoz, what you were going to do about the foundation and leaving people in imminent dangers as mentioned by building code section 1005.20 subdivision 2 part (b). You KNOW that you're not doing your part and instead of doing anything at all, I was along with other people were and have been experiencing hacking into their computers and phones. These are privacy concerns that are running through the apartment where I lived. Have you no decency at all for the conditions that we were living in at all, when I wrote you and got nothing back. Nothing at all! It's a shame that it had come this far and I'm most assuredly going too find someone to care as you stated, "Who are you going to get to care?" I said, "Anybody who is willing to listen," because you know, or should know today that life is most assuredly hard for me and my mom and other people who are living in your apartment, especially living in your apartment complex with leaks, roof leaks, floods, backing up sinks and vermin ruining peoples' lives. This is completely torture to a person. Especially where my mom had a mouse run over her head in the middle of the night and other people unable to sleep because of how they were not being heard in their concerns before being evicted from your place. How is a person supposed to react with your place of residents when your company is not doing anything to help the people in the poorest conditions to become any more poor, losing sleep, they lose their jobs and income assured deteriorates their income from being able to pay you. (It is a shit show you're running and you know it because you are trying to push people out as fast as you take them into your apartment living conditions.) I know I was living in danger there and all you ever did was just leave us in it. You know, you could be pulling permits to fix the holes that wrap the foundation over trying to be "controlling" the circumstances with silly mice traps that aren't enough and nothing was being done about it. (Something tells me that you wanted people like myself to die before ever taking this into court and I want to be heard DAMN IT!)
The people who lived there before us had a bed bug problem along with floods and moving into there, I found out that nothing was ever done appropriately to fix it, nor has there been a proper inspection done. I lived in this insanity of a home you provide and it was horrible living there as you should know with all our letters that we were sick of it and wanted to be moved by you into somewhere habitable so that we could move our lives along in an appropriate fashion.
As long as I'm alive I'm going to try make certain not one person has to live the way I've had to live. Not one more person needs to pay you rent for conditions that is as uninhabitable as what I and my mom were going through while living there! It's wrong! It's completely wrong! And you know it's wrong! Not to mention illegal! Which brings me to question, "Just who are you paying off to run your little shit show there?" You can read Mounds View building code yourself and see that you have a lot to protect yourself from and I'll expose it in every way I can because I trusted you with our paying rent because I didn't want to be retaliated against, and no one needs to be so disgusted with the way you treated me in person. I trusted you with paying my rent on time each month while I was suffering due to conditions that still have not been resolved. It's just sick whatever you are doing there because you know I'm going to get my story heard one way or another. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves! How do you sleep at night knowing people there are feeling so itchy they feel there only way out is to die which I've felt personally and heard from others as they stated that they feel as though it's wrong how they are being treated and just want people to know how pushed they were if they ever finished their own lives. How can you live with that? I can't! Not even a little bit. How can that ever be something a person is thinking or dealing with, within the overwhelming circumstances of "urban blight" because of Nothing being done to fix or maintain your own property inside and out. It's a complete fraud in the ways you tried to flip it on me like I was not bringing these issues to your attention when I did and got nowhere for trying. And I got nothing back before you wanted to tell other people by my taking pictures you were going to turn me into the police as a peeping Tom. And that's defamation of character because I'm not what you say is a peeping Tom for taking proof pictures of the creatures and the holes into and out of your foundation or black mold or ceiling and foundation cracks that people are sick of living in. You got the money. Fix it! QUIT sitting on your hands like they are tied up and do your fucking JOB. I'm mad as all Hell about it because anyone that was hearing how bad other people had it, I've just about had enough of this shit you are throwing my way and people should not be thinking of suicide or hurting themselves for the simple Fact that they are being disenfranchised and hurt and badly so for the matter, by their issues and concerns with the upkeep of the maintenance from ever being done. I want justice where I and others are concerned so I understood that I could be dealing with retaliation because there is a lot to worry about where you know you weren't caring about the people. ONLY YOUR MONEY!
What about the people, and how they obtained that money? You don't care a tiny bit about that do you!?!? It's fascist and fake the way you act like a few mouse traps are enough or spraying the outside of the building. How about fixing the foundation as mentioned by building code, instead of allowing people to feel their privacy was breached by their technical issues on their laptops or phones, that were being tampered with in a most assured way that it was you. (At least that's how I felt...)
Whether from third world countries or like I believe it was happening in too consistent of a way where I feel it was someone tied into how you were just trying to protect your own interests at hand and none of the people paying rent mattered to you at all. Not once have I seen you come into our apartment homes and I know by law every year someone was supposed to make sure the fire alarms work and were up to code as well. Nothing was ever done about these things as well. I'm going to press hard in my own way to get these stories heard by the public now because its a completely violated way to live where I and many other were concerned. Have you no concern for these kids? Their parents or families and people afraid to even say anything in fear of retaliatory behaviors such as what you said to me and were saying to my neighbor about me. It's wrong and you know its wrong. No thanks to you for the way people like I were being left in imminent dangers and detrimental feelings like I felt. I wanted to live a good life damn it. I feel bad for you though, because I know the truth and I stand up for the people there where they are feeling so burned by the way you're not dealing with real legal issues that building code was stating so that people never should have been allowed to live as I did and other people continue to live. I didn't deserve it and neither do other people. Stop filling your building with people and fix the issues there first. Then treat people with some respect and not run some bad business practices I'm sure you know far too well with the ways that I was being mismanaged and misunderstood the entirety of the time I lived there. I'm sure you know I speak the truth because it is the truth. I am also sure you know one day I'll be heard and that entire way of life will be exposed for what it is. I know l had a lot of people to protect from the mistakes your making. Money should never mean more then taking care of the problems that are there. Do your freaking job and STOP ruining peoples lives and taking away from the livelihoods of the people you rent to. It's ruining their lives and taking away from their livelihood to live as one should feel they can live.
Moving me into your apartment homes was the last thing that you wanted to have happen, because you didn't take into the account that I was a carpenter by trade and could see the foregone mistakes that were there as they came up. And, as I started talking with neighbors about it, I knew that it was going to be a big deal one day and that I was going to expose these corrupt lies and schemes that you got working over in your favor. It's disenfranchising the lives of the people that you rent to and I want to see to it that no one with a mental health condition or any other has to live the way I've had to live. Building Code protected me in words but it was hard as hell securing these rights without money. I worked my ass off to try come up with the money just to fight in court, because I want to fight this in court, and God willing I will one day. I'm not judging you! I forgive you! But, this gets to a point where I need it to be heard for what it is, and won't stop until I get it heard.
