When it comes to how we've been living and not getting proper care for in our building; we're also being hacked. I've taken it upon myself to make these things public, as to know that anything can happen – and for protecting my interests in the matter along with hopefully informing other people of their rights, and to press forward to protect those rights.
It makes it more difficult when you're unable to sleep, and you're being hacked on your computer in ways that feel unnatural hacking. It's as if someone is able to pry into your privacy and do unmistakable damage to you and it's enough to drive anyone crazy to even begin thinking that they are the people you rent from – or they are worse people, and just when your computer starts acting slow and you do a hard shut down you see some blond lady in the passenger seat of the maintenance guys truck speeding out of the building you're living at - at an awkward time of day - it's enough for me to connect the two things. And, right after this happened - I turn my computer back on - and windows is in need of a repair. So once again I have to place the disc in the computer as if to reinstall windows over and over again and again. This is getting really old. 
Mind you this was a new installation of windows as the old one I had been using was being hacked on a regular basis, so, for me it was time to make an upgrade. I'm sick of windows though, because they're not safe when everything that you literally do on these machines can be uploaded somewhere else and used to disenfranchise you and your loved ones, and even your computer can be hacked in a way where it serves more to turn it on for the people who hacked you, then it does you. So, What's the point to all of this you might ask? But, I'm asking you, the readers?

What's the resource or path to take here when you're being affected by technologies? What's the pathway to take back to freedom where our freedoms and privacy's are being destroyed, and utilized to serve other peoples interests – even when they are things like making sure that your concerns aren't being met or you aren't being made whole on some level – disenfranchising you. 
They'll make it look as if there is something being made whole about their tenants concerns – but be damn sure that it's not fixing their actual concerns over just controlling them, and people make more money off of hurting you then they ever have helping you – so no one really ever does care as it costs way too much to care. And, people might actually be able to make something more of themselves!

Can you read from this computer? Well, people really would like an open internet where we can grow up already, but we can't even have that – nor open communication about these lacking economics while peoples lives get hurt and hurt badly. What happened to humanity!? I mean, what happened to the right to pursue happiness and freedom and things that were real - seriously!? Where is the family unit able to thrive in this world – because, I'd love to figure that out – let alone have one! We're all damaged a little easier these days and no one has the nerve to claim any stake in it as to why this is happening or trying to do anything in the way to change it!? Seriously!? What the fuck is wrong with my humanity!? All I do is look around and see everyone's faces half an inch from the streets and everyone's still trying to make all these abuses feel like the natural state of America or something. This isn't home, this isn't a reality someone should have to wake up to – I'm deeply perturbed and so fed up where there is no outlet for people within these concerns, and from my studies these same people die in their concerns like we're in. Quite frankly; I'm tired of seeing my neighbors and my human family hurting, and hurting in a way that I believe can be stopped. I have 1000 visions daily about how, that no one believes of these things in me or see's these abilities of me, let alone any of you. I ultimately don't think people see their own abilities for who they truly are. As most people are disenfranchised to a point where getting up is an impossibility, and people act more as though they want to go out with a bang as the forces are making sure that some people are going to go out period. There is nothing in the state that serves to protect you – or your humanity. It's all a facade, and the sooner you realize it and learn it, and realize the spiritual warfare that you're in – the sooner we all win in regards to realizing the fact that people's lives were always more important then this silly money game we're playing and never getting ahead in it. It's honestly shifted peoples realities and perceptions into whatever we're living with today where it's not too often you meet someone that would hand you back your wallet if you just dropped it over finding someone that's willing to steal it out of your back pocket. It's just sad to witness this day and age, where I see a place where none of these fears ever needed to take place and get a hold of people so bad. And, money – what a sham! It's a sham to think that people are willing to do unmistakable damage to people when it comes to money. They'll stomp your ability to make more of it, take it away – and more scarily – even set people up so bad – it's as if they want you to fail, and as if they want you to be so far gone you snap and hurt yourselves or others. They simply don't care about peoples well being here when they they just towed this guys car that they've been targeting and harassing by not ever doing anything to make this guys stay a comfortable one. And, even if his home was comfortable – they just towed his truck right after he has his car has been constantly attacked on. It's absurd to think that this place isn't somehow behind people losing their homes, and their abilities to move forward. It completely will take away from everything that you're working on, as long as it can.

It's as if they want to say that assisted suicide is wrong – but they'll gladly do everything in their power to make sure that you have absolutely no power left, and that no one is on your side while your workplaces sneak your money little by little out of your checks, while other people will be sure not to ever do anything in your regard to actually help you. If it's anything MORE then a band-aid operation, you're going to be fired – because they really don't want anyone coming in to make changes that would make sure that peoples lives are secure in their homes. They more-over want to keep their tight-knit little sequester under the rug along with everything else they are willing to allow to happen to you where you live so that you're unable to live comfortable lives or move your lives forward. Here is some black mold they aren't taking care of.
They'll front like they care, and make damn sure nothing gets done in the way of repair. Secure it, band-aid it or control it, but never actually fix anything. It's as if you're not supposed to get a a world that you can rely on.
They tell you in emails they are getting new screens for your windows to try make you whole with your mice complaint – while even that never gets done. And, not to mention that screens aren't the issue in the first place and they know it. Furthermore, they know it's an issue with their foundation here and how people are getting more and more water intrusion and these damages are separating people from living natural lives, or being able to enjoy the lives they do have. I'm not even able to enjoy my clothes on my back and although I'm thankful to have them – I'm being hurt by them and having them in here as since I've been dealing with mice issues running around, I've also been dealing with buggy issues where lice and other unknown bugs are concerned. I have no idea what is truly going on here – but there has got to be someone in the world that concerns themselves with these issues already and it surprises me that people don't truthfully have a place to go to about these kinds of issues.

My mom shouldn't have to tell me that she feels these things but just falls asleep anyways because it's for her health – and then she also tells me that I just have to ignore these things because I've got to get some sleep myself. And, while it's a nice sentiment in the situation here, there really is no getting that restful kind of sleep and no one cares about how to fix it, but – I know how to fix it. There are many ways that these things can be fixed, but in a world that is at detrimental ends with it's care and it's ability to love, then we're also being left on our own along the way with horrendous things going on where wounds are made and these wounds never needed to happen at all. If people would just act right and work right and make sure they actually did care over just placing it as if they care and never actually caring, then we're being left with a lot of people and a whole lot of concerns. Deep seeded concerns about their world – the ways that our concerns are being left in the dust, and how a ton of people are hurting all over the place because of them. It's quite shameful of a place to be. 
The fact of the matter is clear when it comes land-lord/tenant lawsuits the landlord has an obligation to keep the building habitable and free from harmful contaminants. And, it's not being kept up to code, I can guarantee that. And, we're not just talking about a few people here with concerns, you're more then less talking about the whole entire complex.

According to civilrights.org, housing discrimination is a nation-wide problem that is widely under-reported, likely because many people do not fully understand their rights and which activities are prohibited under the Fair Housing Act and thus lose by the power of tyranny. The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) estimates that there are more than two million instances of housing discrimination each year. It's best to suite yourselves to become well protected against tyranny of all kinds, and sometimes – people get stuck in the tyranny, and it never ends until you are able to press for legal actions to be taken and until you find someone that cares. Most people do care, however – there are a lot of abuses going on in the world right now, and it just so happens to be at a time when the lawyers basically run the world. It's a lawyers world because, with the power to authenticate the actual things into legal-English to be used – to where it's a world run by money, and in favor of the money.
From habitable housing, Landlords and owners have a responsibility to ensure their premises are habitable. That means that the premises—including houses and apartments—are fit to be lived in and free of unsafe conditions. Unsafe conditions include, holes in floors, plaster falling down, improper wiring and vermin infestations.

Furthermore, the premises must be free of mold and other contaminants, such as lead-based paint.
These are tiny bugs we are finding everywhere.
Unless there is an emergency situation, tenants have a right to privacy. A landlord may not enter the premises without giving the tenant advance notification. In this case as well, they are willing to and do break the law when not informing the tenants when they are going to be coming in to do the work even at the tenants request, and these are not for emergency maintenance, these are for maintenance for changing the locks or things of that nature, but when you call about mice or rodents running around – you get nothing back from these people. Hours later and even the next day at night – they'll finally bring some sticky traps, but those only control the problem and aren't doing anything to solve the issues where there are holes in the building, and seems that are completely open.
There are also rules for how a landlord can evict a tenant and they vary by state or jurisdiction. There are steps that must be taken before a landlord can evict a tenant; if those steps are not followed, the tenant could be eligible for compensation for costs paid due to unlawful eviction. And, in an eviction case where your concerns aren't being met – you should know that you're in a catch 22 when it comes to them wanting to make a quick turn-around on you, and get you out of there without you getting help for your concerns. You should be so mad that you puke, in other words because some people actually do go homeless this way. And, where are they supposed to go for their concerns before these things happen, when they don't know their rights.

It is very important that your apartments home be free of lead based paint which is toxic when eaten or inhaled by small children and pets, and can cause low IQ; learning disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD), mental retardation, and brain damage. And, here – we're told that lead-based paints were all that was used.

The fact is that these people own many properties and a lot of peoples lives are being torn apart by how they are being treated, and most of these people are not going to be sure that no one else has to live as they have had to. Most people will move out – and continue to be disenfranchised in the same ways but there has got to be something done about these rental abuses and other abuses in our world. There are too many people with far too many concerns who are being left without answers as there are a lot of people that simply don't care about how you're living or not. There are class action lawsuits where people are able to be heard for the things that are happening to them, and not through a tenant taking these people to courts – but, by the city themselves. And, when I'm concerned with the same things that I'm seeing on television and nothing is being done about it where I live, I'm severely concerned that this is happening to a lot of people, and without regard to how you're unable to handle it or deal with it. These people don't care if you're on your death-bed, they want their money, and they want to move someone else in replace of you as fast as they can, so they can keep making more ill-gotten money off of people while continuing to benefit their scores and their reputations as apartment managers and their equity goes up while peoples lives are completely turned inside-out from who they would be. Their lives are completely taken out of consideration, where in Mounds-view I am currently being told that they don't have a city inspector and that they're working on getting one. My question was, well – what about the people who's lives are currently being disenfranchised by the people without regard – knowing that there is no city inspector, and certainly not one that ever cared about the kinds of things that people would be living in, now have to just grin and bear it and live in uninhabitable conditions? They have to grin and bear the losses, and the sadness and lack of concentration because of things that are just happening to them? WRONG! These people should be made whole for the things that they are being left with, and as I'm trying to bring these things to peoples attention – I get slander from the management, defamation of character and other abuses to attack me personally that hinders me from ever finding anyone who'll listen – so here I sit – feeling just awful inside and out just looking for some representation in this world where children are even concerned here. Shame on these people for what they are doing, and what they will continue to do. It's up to the people to press for their concerns and make them be known.
It's our duty to shame these people for their actions taken on a massive scale and against a lot of people, and from my studies these are how people end up dying. These are the kinds of warning signs that these news channels are searching for, but good luck getting anyone to actually care – because the only time that it seems they will care is when more people have been sucked dry from their abilities to thrive and their abilities to move forward in a place where they don't have to be so disenfranchised. America!? I mean, come on! This is a place where people should be thriving and being able to help each other – not being hurt so bad that it takes them away from even being able to help themselves!? And, when the worlds ideologies just wants to blame these kids saying that they aren't doing anything to help themselves, while – you're not seeing what these kinds are doing, and you're certainly not caring about the extent that these kids are willing to go to – to be heard, or to be recognized. You have no idea the kinds of passions that are currently being subdued through the fact that these kids seriously don't have an outlet – from our places we live, to the counties that are there to serve and protect us and the services they claim stakes in having – these kids aren't heard and no one seemingly cares about what happens to these kids or these people here at all. When – let's face it – there is no inter-faith outreach where people can express their concerns any more then are created for them to have. When I go search for the people that are supposed to be there to help us and seek out the protection of my rights and my right to thrive in this country – I get slapped down and I find no one! I get more fines, and more tickets and more debt on top of what I already can't afford – so shut this money down! It's as if they are just shutting peoples out! It's a scam from jump and you know it – the people with MONEY know it, and everyone in the world is slowly eroding away as these framers created for you to get. They framed you to live in shit where you aren't able to get to the people that you need to get to – to be heard, and they make it impossible for people to even be willing to try. These people are left in detrimental states of minds where their concerns aren't being met, and purposefully so – as the maintenance and the management knows these things exist and know that over half of you aren't going to be able to press for your concerns and that you're not going to be able to thrive and find anyone that cares. This is in fact what they are going on – daily. The hope that you don't turn around to try finding anyone else that is feeling these things, and hope that you won't be able to find someone that cares.
You know what the management asked me? She tells me – who are you going to find that's going to listen to you? Like, haha, kid – you're being silly, and then asks who's going to listen to you? And even asked whom these pictures are for? Are they for you or for who are you taking pictures for?
I said, they are for anyone that's willing to see them because I want them spread around – for the safety and concern I have for the people living here in these conditions and the children here for Gods sake, doesn't anyone have a heart in their bodies anymore, or is everyone more concerned with their own welfare and God forbid their own stinking money? Bury it and bury it, and fuck all of you! All your money and all your lies, and all your pain and all your ties. It's enough to concern me to the point where – you should be afraid of what I'd make happen. Because, if I ever get the power and the ability, I would turn these situations around in the world so fast, that it would leave these people in the same detriment you were in. And, to tell you the truth, if I was the judge, I would ask that they have to sleep in these places for 6 months and with YOUR BED – you know, the bed that was fine before you brought it into their apartments here having no proper inspections done after floods and far too many hands shook with cold hard cash in the middle and a wink wink and people die, and no one cares. No one care, because no one see's the answers. No one dealing with these things see an answer. And, no one even see's how easy these answers could be to solve. But, I do! You damn RIGHT I DO! I've been dealing with this kind of shit all my life. I know how to deal with these fucks. And, so do you. So stop succumbing to your inabilities and start succumbing to the abilities that you do have. You have remarkable abilities in your words, and you should use them toward the encouragement and less toward the others that are widely used. Hate is very replaceable.
You have power within you, and you have greatness in you. Use it! Don't think that you don't have that power right from where you sit and with what you have to use right now in front of you to do it. You can accomplish a lot more then you think – and even when you're feeling at your worst.
Sometimes, all people need is a tiny little try in them, and they don't know what that tiny try could accomplish, or who's life they could affect – or how it's affect could even affect them. Sometimes people need a little more of those things, and all it takes is trying. You don't know how powerful you are until you're willing to see just how powerful you are. People have a lot more power in them then they even see for themselves, and everyone's too focused on saying the wrong thing, or saying it the right way, that nothing ever gets said, so many peoples dreams just go discarded because the people are discarding themselves before ever trying at all.
Say it anyways, and don't go lightly when you say it because when you're fighting for yourselves – you're actually fighting for other people as well, and when you help someone else out, you're really helping yourselves in the process as well. Your help is going to help others – and more then you know you can affect others, you can start by taking that tiny try and muster enough courage to keep pushing for your dreams. You can start to do it now – and not hold back!
When you've got too much on your plate to care for – you simply can't start to begin soon enough to care enough, as there are far too many people out here hurting in ways where if they were not being hurt so badly– they could do far more help then is allowed. And, these people know it because they can't stomach it. They can't stomach the fact that you could get yourselves a lot better then these people are willing to give, or even get for themselves, so they will tare you down, and with anything that you're working on – they'll replace it with anything that is comfortable to them.
Get out of your comfortable zone, as there is a lot that you can accomplish when you get out of your comfort zone and you start to reach out and affect other people. I want people to know they've got a lot more within them then they know. And, you – you're worth a whole lot more then you're giving yourself credit for – so my only question to people is why hold back? Why hold back that gift that you know the world needs, why hold yourselves back from creating those dreams? Don't let these people hold you back – move around – talk to people, you might surprise yourselves to find other people who are just as concerned as you are, because there are – because they are concerned. And, we're sharing in those concerns together when we bring information out into the public – because when peoples lives are being hurt, and you don't make it public – how is anyone going to know how to protect you?
Let's work on protecting each other through how we act with one another, and lets stop these abuses that people are allowing us to live in. We can stop it when we allow ourselves to be note-worthy and know that your worth is more then what these peoples deserve to keep taking away from your lives while giving you places that are uninhabitable. You know you have power within you. Use it!
