... was not well. I was in the middle of a burnout and needed a time out ! Today I can say, no matter how badly you feel, take care of your body and your health . And yes, meanwhile I have gained a lot of weight... A little too much 😂😅 but I am happy now and nothing else matters ! Never put your wellbeing above something or someone else but YOU ! Btw.
