... case our arms were the target! we had to do this for as long as the song lasts, which was just short of 4 minutes. today my shoulders are in so much pain 😂

Burning calories is always easy, all you have to do is move. But don’t let looks deceive you this was by no means easy. Why don’t you try this for 4 minutes and see for yourself 😜. Pushups are a totally different exercise...
