      Awe thanks for your kind reply @fat-elvis , yes its total comfort food! I never buy beef roasts because they are so expensive, but we were lucky my hubby brought it over for me to cook for him, Lol!! Delicious, im having leftovers tonight which I will take a photo of my plate to share on Appics!😋😋😋
