... never thought too much about my body. Yes,, one should look at one's own health. I know, "Health is the Key to Happiness".
The amount of fat in my body is very low. I do not have to exercise to lose fat. Yes, Exercise is good for our Muscles and Bones. It can increase our Energy levels.
Today I measured my weight (47.7kg). Surprisingly, the weight gain increased by 2.7kg😄. The next target is to reach 50kg.

Happy to see your entry! Health is so important! You don’t necessarily have to gain a lot of muscles but imagine being old and fragile... Then you would wish to have a fitter body that supports you!
