Because their tech support sucks, they send the wrong part revision sometimes even when correct model and serial are provided, their manuals are in Chinglish if they are present at all, breakdowns are not always easy to locate, not all distributors stock their parts, their websites (last I saw which was about 3 years ago) are asinine constantly forcing new passwords, and generally as a company is hard to get along with.
They care more about the image than they do about service if I had t sum it up in one sentence.
