The Realization of Oneness
Everything we talk about in these messages is about dispelling the illusion of separation from God. The biblical story of Adam and Eve describes an event of consciousness. In the first part of the story, Adam and Eve are in the Garden of Eden. It is Paradise. It is the fullness of everything, it is Well Being; it is conscious Oneness with God or Source. Then, they eat from the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and become aware of something "other than" God.
Human mind was born. This story is about the illusion of being separated from Source and how painful that 'reality' is. It is a story that is told in the Koran, the Talmud and the Bible. In other words, it is a universal story describing the pain we feel when we are not aligned in our consciousness with God.
On Earth we are the farthest outpost of consciousness - the leading edge of creation. Here on Earth is duality - a belief in "other than" God. It is not true, of course, for it is all God. But we have the sovereign right and dominion to choose where we will focus our thoughts and attention. On the fullness and Goodness of things (God) or on the appearances of lack, limitation and dis-ease. We always get to choose.
Building a higher consciousness of one that is in God Consciousness is our spiritual journey. This requires a commitment and practice applying the principles of Oneness
to everyday scenarios.
Whether you use scriptures or the current Law of Attraction, which by the way, describe the same principles, you have to expand your human consciousness into God consciousness in order to have dominion and mastery. This is what Jesus did. He grew his human mind consciousness and expanded it and blended it with God consciousness, and realized his Oneness with God whilst in the body on Earth. So can you.
He did this so we that we understand that we, too, could achieve the same liberty and freedom from duality. This is the story of the Prodigal Son returning 'home'. It is a journey of consciousness.
To undertake this journey is a commitment to Truth and rising above the pairs of opposites: good and bad, sickness or wellness, love and hate. This is reaching into the mind of God and becoming the clearest transparency for that Source Energy on Earth in everything you create.
This is where the Peace that Passes Human Understand Is.
A simple exercise to apply the lesson:
This week whatever appearance of lack or limitation arises in your experience, I want you to stop and recognize that there is another approach to this "problem".
The human mind would have you attack it, confront it, and deal with it. Give your full attention to it. If you will recall by the Law of Attraction, this makes the problem bigger.
As you stop yourself, turn your mind to the mind of God. The All that Is, that is ising away in perfection maintaining and sustaining all life: the planets in the orbs, the lilies of the field, the birds in the skies, the fish in the seas. This is the same Mind that sustains you.
Your choice in this moment is to choose where you will focus.
Be still and know I AM. is a nice starting place. Be still. Quieten your human mind chatter about do, do, do. Choose to be still.
You have already sent up a vibrational desire to the Universe of what is desired. It heard you. Now, your work is to align with Godmind...the fullness of everything Good - Eden and rest there.
Now be still and receive. Reach with your consciousness into the All that Is and feel the Presence of God.
Do this many times a day. In applying this in practice multiple times a day, it becomes your Consciousness. You will feel the Presence and know that all is well.
Stay the course. If it were easy, everyone would have already done it by now.
