HOW AQARCHAIN ECOSYSTEM WILL WORK?
• Tenants purchase Aqarchain tokens to be stored in their wallets;
• Tenants apply to rent an apartment, allocating Some aqarchain tokens to an Application Deposit Smart Contract;
• Landlord selects a preferred tenant, and appropriate aqarchain tokens are moved from the Application Deposit Smart Contract of the winning tenant to a Rental Deposit Smart Contract serving as an initial down payment towards the rental deposit.
