Thoughts On AR-15 ..

With the current mass shooting brining the gun topic up, I felt the need to rant.

The AR in AR-15 does not represent Automatic Rifle or Assault Rifle.

It stands for ArmaLite, The original maker.

CAR-15 was it's original name as it is a carbine model 15.

Then it sold this model to Colt, where was still known as the CAR 15 or the Colt ArmaLite 15. Notice the words automatic and assault not used.

The military uses the M16 and M4 as they have a very similar look but they are fully automatic.

This seems to be the same issue every time we have a mass casualty, we attack the weapon and ignore the perp. We want action, I get it.

But nothing should ever be reason to not allow EVERY person on this planet the natural right to defend themselves with the same weaponry as and tech as the attacker.

Don't allow the propaganda from the media to convince you that you or your family should not have this ability. The world is scary and unpredictable, nothing is preventable.

🙏 To those who lost their lives or loved ones because this country refuses to see the real issues. Broken homes, behavioral drugs and psychological abuse.
