Certainly what I write here does not give a comprehensive picture of education in my country, but gives a picture of my relationship with my students only.

There is a big difference between learning something and teaching, so being a good learner does not necessarily mean being a good teacher. It is true that there are those who have the talent for simplification and explanation, but it is not the rule. Transferring knowledge from one mind to another is not an innate thing; it is a skill that needs to make a lot of effort to acquire and develop. One of the main reasons for the difficulty of developing this skill is that the individual's view of the post-mastered subject is quite different from his or her view of him as he learns.

هناك فرق كبير بين تعلم الشيء وبين تعليمه، ولهذا فكون الفرد مُتعلِّم جيد لا يعني بالضرورة كونه مُعلِّم جيد. صحيح أن هُناك من يمتلكون موهبة فيما يتعلق بالتبسيط والشرح، ولكنها ليست القاعدة. نقل المعرفة من عقل إلى عقل آخر ليس أمرًا فطريًا؛ هي مهارة تحتاج لبذل كثير من الجُهد لاكتسابها وتطويرها. أحد الأسباب الرئيسية وراء صعوبة تطوير تلك المهارة هو أن نظرة الفرد لموضوع ما بعد إتقانه

• My advice is to advise my dear students not to live in the mold of a university student and to separate from what you really are. Remind yourself that it is a short period in which you can not be held accountable for a practical error, poverty or failure. Do what you want and try what you have to learn within the framework of ethics and principles. Then you will be ready to accept your mother's hand after stepping down from the graduation platform with a confident heart that the next is better.

ونصيحتي التي أنصحها لتلاميذي الأعزاء ألا يعيشوا في قالب الطالب الجامعي وتنفصل عن ما هو أنت في الحقيقة. ذكِّر نفسك بأنها فترة قصيرة لا تُحاسب فيها على خطأ عملي ولا على فقر ولا على فشل فافعل ما تشاء وجرب ما يتوجب عليك ان تتعلمه ضمن إطار الأخلاق
.والمبادئ، وعندها ستكون مستعد لتُقبِّل يد أمك بعد النزول من منصة التخريج بقلب واثق بان القادم أفضل

لطالما أحببت التقرب من آباء تلاميذي، لأنه ببساطة بهذه الطريقة توضح للتلميد أن الأستاذ أيضا ماهو إلا إنسان مثلنا، قد يصيب وقد

الحقيقة أن مشاكل التعليم كمشاكل حماس وفتح لا تنتهي.. يمكنني الاستمرار في الكتابة عن النظام التعليمي ومضاره ومشاكله للأبد، لكن أظن أن الجميع يدرك أو على الأقل يشعر بوجود خطأ ما في تركيبة النظام ككل. غير أننا نصطدم بالسؤال ذاته "ما البديل؟"
