IIRC first cap was 500 million USD, now down to ~100 million. That's a step in the right direction, but still too high. Why such a high cap? Post-DAO recommendations were to keep ICO caps below 10 million.

    Arc is only 84,000,000 but each one is .10 cents usd the first hour of the token sale.

      at .1 USD per ARC token - the coinsale is worth about 8,400,000 USD.
