Veggie Streuselschnecken
Zutaten:
Schuss Sojamilch
200g Margarine (kalt!!!)
300 g Mehl
250 g Zucker
1 TL Hefe
abgeriebene Schale von 1 unbehandelten Zitrone
50 g Marzipan-Rohmasse
Für die Glasur:
EL Zitronensaft
Puderzucker
EL heißes Wasser
Die Zutaten vermengen, so dass kleine Klumpen (Streusel) entstehen.
Einen Teil als Boden in die Form drücken, Marzipan in kleine Stückchen drüber Verteilen und dann die Streusel zum Schluss darüber verteilen.
In den vor geheizten Ofen bei 180 Grad 20 Min. Backen. Glasur über den Streuseln verteilen.
Wenn man runde Formen hat um kleine Streuselschnecken zu backen – Super.
Ansonsten kann man den Teig auch auf eine Kastenform oder Blech dünn verteilen und nach dem abkühlen in Quadrate schneiden.
Vegan „Streuselschnecke“
(I don’t know the EN word for it...damn it!!)
Ingredients:
Shot soy milk 200 g margarine (cold!)
300 g flour
250 g sugar 1 tsp yeast
grated peel of 1 untreated lemon
50 g marzipan mass
For the glaze:
EL lemon juice
Powdered sugar
EL mix hot water the ingredients to produce small lumps (streusel).
A part as a ground in the form of press, Marzipan into small pieces about it
Distribute distribution and then the sprinkles to the end.
In the heated oven at 180 degree 20 min. bake. Spread glaze over the sprinkles.
If you have round shapes to bake small sprinkles snails - Super.
Otherwise you can thinly spread the batter on a Loaf pan or sheet and cool down in squares after the cut.

BEi veganz in Berlin ja! ;-) recht haste! Mehr Bäckereien sollen her für die vegane Szene!!!
Die auf m Pic war nur schön und besser als Kamps oder ähnliches ...;-)
Leider sind jedoch streuselschnecken sehr selten!
Was fast jeder vegane Bäcker hat sind Croissants, scones (keine Ahnung wie man die schreibt!) Kuchen und Torten jeglicher Art, selbst Linzer Schnitte! Doch die streuselschnecke ist echt rar!!!
