In one of the villages we met here such a structure. He stood out among the usual village buildings. This house looks so bright and unusual that I took a few photos.

I think that they don't live there, but simply there pass meetings of their society. In the Russian Outback people sometimes from serious problems consume a lot of alcohol. I think it's their society that's trying to help those who are too addicted to drinking.
