Steem fam!
Not sure if you have watched / consumed some of the updates before. If so, alright, this is the 3rd one. If not, here's the 1st and 2nd update.
Idea :
This place, some part of it is for sure going to be my living but the first and second floor (mezzanine) I was planning to have a small cafe since the beginning. It's just something I have passion for. I love sitting and work in cafés :) The idea of combining 2 passions together was actually inspired by some business I know accepting STEEM and I thought,
why not!?!
The idea of combining Café and Crypto :
Got me all excited! How fun to vlog/blog on the blockchain and get STEEM while at the same time make drinks and sell it for STEEM!
See, just typing about it just makes me smile!
Aunty and a few family member concerned about how much possibility the business could go and told me to wait until I move in, observe and all then.. Time will tell. From my side, I still will as I so want to.
Enough ramble, let's walk!
3rd floor.
This 3rd floor is nothing about the cafe but put it on here wouldn't hurt. The tiles are all creme color (almost white). The floor is going to be like that on every floor. The wall from 3rd- 5th floorall is white (a bit blue if you look at it with you own eyes there.)
Mezzanine
This is probably the floor I love the most as it got small private room at the back and in front you have a window that you could look down to the first floor. This time it's already colored! White and Blue!!
The wall will just be a raw motar on both 1st floor and mezzanine
Really, what do you think about these 3 color together? like, really, I'd like you opinion!
1st floor
If everything goes right, this is the spot where you all could come chill! Not too big, not too small but I will make sure it will be so cozy like home sweet home :)
The back of the house
Well, I chose the color of the front so at the back, my aunt asked for it LOL so it's kinda white!

I got some footages for this 3rd update but really just not in a mood to edit as there's some of the progress I'm not that happy about and here's where you come in :D
I did ask for DARK BLUE like, really dark!
I chose blue because I wanted to somehow be STEEM related but I wanted it a bit dark but this is what I got. After seeing it, I literally called the painter and complained. Yes, I do have that side sometimes but guys!!! It's like I asked for black and they I got it white!
Some friends who went with me said, it's not that bad.. I now kinda think so..
It's not that bad. It's just not what I imagined it to be so here I am a bit disappointed with the result.
What's your opinion on it?
Is it a good blue or it needs some changes?

I like the idea, i will read the other posts and see what your end objective is. Good to see other people living in Thailand that are interested in Steemit. I am one of them :) Best of luck. btw... is this cafe going to be in BKK?

Hey, glad to hear from you. Yeah, I have actually had seen you around mostly also when we're both tagged in @happydolphin's post. I have tried to reach you a few times also since the time when we accidentally in vietnam during the same period (a few months back) and I know that you also live in the same country so..
Yeah, that will totally be in BKK and will be my living quarter. I will also have to observe it a bit when I live there and see what would work. The idea of accepting steem and maybe other crypto that I believe in sounds fun and it's sure possible to do so. My fellow dtuber @buttcoins owns a hostel in Guatemala and does accept steem! How fun!!

well i think it is a fine idea. I like the color but you don't look too pleased about it in one of the pictures. Maybe it is just me but i quite like blue. I will definitely be coming by to visit if you open a cafe. However, I don't live in BKK... well, i might... i don't know where I am going to live next :)

I actually would keep the color that way for now as really, people kinda like it. Sure, would be fun if you come up and visit but first, let's see how it goes :D

I actually really enjoy the color of it next to the other blue building. But I'd say that what matters is that you're happy with it.

Where's the location of this cafe in Bangkok? I believe you mentioned Lad Prao in an earlier post or on Discord. Once its finished we would definitely come and support your cafe. Hopefully, it will be done before Sam leaves at least. Unfortunately, Becca leaves in a week... But maybe she can come visit when we come back in a few years time... (yea, we already calculated our return back to Thailand and it might be awhile since its "the wedding years" for our friends and they are all having their weddings in different continents (Europe, Africa and US) in the space of two years starting in 2019! Thus, it will be difficult to come back to Thailand in a year or two as we would have limited holidays and limited finance... unless a family emergency).
Btw, the blue color works as like you said it represents Steem. Would you take any other forms of crypto currencies in your cafe? Also, you should check out that BBC article about a Kenyan entrepreneur who started her restaurant/cafe with Bitcoin and has a weekly day set a side to inform locals who want to know more about Bitcoin. It could help you get ideas. Just type in Presearch: "I make money from Bitcoin and tasty roast meat" and the article should be there. 😊

It's exactly at Lad Phrao Soi 128/2 and noooooooo!!!! 2 years is such a long time. I know that we don't meet that often anyways even you guys are here as you're so busy all the time but knowing that you'll not be here for that long actually make me a bit sad!
The place would totally be ready to move in before you leave for sure (2 months you said??). If it happens, I'm planning on accepting STEEM first for sure as that's an easy one to do so with all the resources I have in hand but then I'm still thinking of some others mainly just blockchain based PLATFORMS (wls and smoke) but those are still in the early stage so yes, I would just go with steem first for sure :D Other things let's see!
Yeah, I was dissappointed a bit as it's really light blue. I was asking for a dark one but all the peeps said it looks just fine and a lot love it. One of the people told me that it's actually a color that make people wanna spend $ more that's why facebook, walmart and even Steem itself choose this color and I'm like.. 'Hmm'
I might just go with this color as I got all positive feedback ! :D
