Arctic Ice Not Record Low: Media Says Otherwise but Cant Agree On Ice Coverage Amount

The new BBC and NSIDC article states that 2016 was second lowest Arctic ice on record, but that's not quite true. There are three sets of numbers given for the ice concentration in the same article. They also cannot explain the cloud cover and slow down of melting this year in June and July.
